HP/FERRARI – AI Chatbot / Pit Lane Simulator

A DIGITAL ASSISTANT FAN ZONE EXPERIENCE ENGINEERED FOR RACE-WEEKEND ENGAGEMENT

For the 2025 Miami Grand Prix, Ito develop a real-time, browser-based chatbot experience—built for live use within HP’s AI-powered fan zone kiosks.

Set within a Ferrari-inspired interface, users could engage with the digital assistant in real-time, typing questions or messages and receiving fluid, animated replies. The system brought together the immediacy of AI with the fast-paced environment of Formula 1.

To ensure the experience performed seamlessly under race-day conditions, we delivered a complete technical and production solution—from managing the build and integration to supporting AI prompt design, sourcing, and refinement.

The frontend was developed using a modern JavaScript framework, incorporating real-time rendering via GPU-accelerated shaders. On the backend, AI-driven logic and conversation handling were synchronised within a stable and secure architecture, tailored for HP’s hardware and deployment requirements.

Designed for flexibility and performance, the platform supported deployment across multiple locations with minimal on-site configuration—ideal for global activations and race-day rollouts.
